Audrey's installer Anthony Garcia came and the house immediately presented its challenges of minimal crawl space with limited access and an internal foundation wall that appeared to block the route of the water line to the filtration unit. Anthony was undaunted and throughout the job -- which required digging dirt out of the crawl space under the washing machine, cutting a hole in the floor of the machine room to route the waterline to the crawl space hole only to find the foundation wall blocked the way -- Anthony moved forward with good humor and resolve while keeping the rooms he was working in immaculate. He then cleverly problem solved the situation by neatly running the waterline through the machine room wall and into and across the back of the pantry shelving. Brilliant! And he also taught me how to operate my vintage heating system. I am thrilled with with my filtration system and with Audrey's follow up. I cannot say enough good things about Audrey, Anthony, and New Water Innovations!

I truly could not be happier with the HydroFLOW -- and my experience with Audrey at New Water Innovations and her plumber, Mike Connolly, who installed the unit. After years of spots on my glass shower doors, crusty shower heads and sink faucets, and calcium buildup in my water heaters, I can honestly say that I have had no such issues at all since had the HydroFLOW installed. The unit itself is a small box-like device that is attached to main water line and plugs into a regular outlet. It requires no maintenance at all, and services all the water in my entire house and my pool as well. Audrey and Mike are easy to work with and very knowledgable. In fact, I have switched to using Mike anytime we need a plumber. They are responsive and professional, and their rates are competitive. Plus they show up when they say they will, which is a real bonus in Santa Fe!

Audrey showed me how the carbon filter works and the amazing part was that the filter did not need to be changed every few months. The EWS unit I purchased has a filter designed to last 10 years!!! That was a selling feature for me! She showed me the unit and explained clearly the technology behind how it functions. I was very impressed. An appointment was set up with her installer and in a timely manner my new unit was installed at my house. Audrey explained that the unit is attached to the incoming cold water line and not only would my drinking water be filtered, but all the water in the house including in the shower. The public is not aware of the effects of showering in water containing chemicals. I couldn't be happier with my choice of New Water Innovations.

The equipment is high quality and easy to install. Everything is fitted to the application and works exactly as promised.
