+ -1 moreIt has gone very well. We are pleased with the service and the results. Our service provider, Dsvid Segura, is professional, reliable and quickly responsive. He is available by cell phone and returns calls quickly.
Description of Work: An overall treatment of house and yard with spraying for insects and bait boxes for mice around perimeter of house and garage. Monthly treatment for same. Also provided is unlimited follow up. Because of an unusual amount of ants in and around the house we needed several treatments a week to get things under control. There was no additional charge for extra visits. The charge for the initial treatment was costly at approximately at $250.00. The monthly treatment is $60.00 when contracting for a year of service.

Description of Work: Company was very responsive on first call to diagnose and treat carpenter bees. There was supposed to be a 30 Day warranty during which they would do any necessary follow-up treatments for new damage. They had also offered to give an estimate for a comprehensive termite treatment. They were a no show for both the follow-up bee treatment and the termite estimate, even after being called about the missed appointments.

+ -1 moreDavid Segura returned my phone call within an hour, and came that day when he said he would come. He quickly reasssured me several times, that the insects were not termites, but were earwigs. He was very polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not even charge me a service call charge for coming to my home. I would certainly use this company in the future if the need arises.
Description of Work: I had a painter repairing and painting outdoor wood beams, one with some dry rot. He found a large amount of insects inside it, and told me I had termites. I gathered up some of the insects for identification. I called NM Pest Control the very next day, very concerned, requesting they come and give me a treatment bid.

Description of Work: We were experiencing small ants inside our home. The inside was serviced with gel and ant hotels and outside was sprayed around the perimater of the house. We will call them back in the spring.

I called the main office, they called me the same day to get an idea of the scope of services requested, and said they'd assign it to a technician. Leroy was assigned the work, but didn't get the message until he was already in Albuquerque for another service call. He called me on the phone, and we arranged a time (later in the day) when he would come by to do the work. He was very prompt and efficient. I signed an annual contract for monthly service. It seems pretty expensive, compared to what my mother is paying in Albuquerque, but I didn't really shop around too much.

+ -1 moreThey are very quick and thorough. They use a specific pesticide that is non toxic. They are very knowledgeable. The owner informed me on new sprays they have coming in. I have never had any issues with them at all. They are quick to respond to calls and are very informative and helpful.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A VERY NICE COMPANY, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. I LIKE THE FACT THAT I DON'T SEE ANY BUGS AFTER THEY SPRAY MY HOME. I ALSO LIKE THE SPRAY THEY USE OUTSIDE. IT WORKS GREAT ALSO.
