Description of Work: The guy at the service desk and his associates were not only polite and friendly, but a great help in selecting flooring that most met our requirements, including costs. Their subcontractor that installed the flooring sent men that were polite, on time, quick and professional. They left our place cleaner than when they arrived.

Description of Work: The work was not completed in a timely fashion. Subcontractors did sloppy work and were unprofessional in communicating. Lowe's corporate did not follow up on what they agreed to.

Description of Work: It started out great. They sent out a person to do a bid on our roof. They hired a subcontractor to do the roof. This started in September. They set a time to be finished. They didn't even show up until 2 weeks after it was to be done. It was shoddy roofing job. Had to continue to call to have it redone or fixed 4 different times.
