+ 0 moreSo I was at the Santa Fe NM store today and this situation ensued…. I was trying to buy a lawnmower online. Well, I couldn’t pay with 2 cards on the website so I went to the store to buy it there They sent me back to lawn and garden to an associate who wrote my order on a wrinkled piece of paper and told me he’d turn it in to his manager in 3 days So I went back to customer service and asked if someone could please help me so I got it wrung up and they proceeded to put the wrong total on each card Well at this point I’ve been at the store for close to 2hrs and I was getting annoyed so I told her to cancel it The 3000 charge still posted to my credit card and there is literally no record of the transaction Well I went back and showed them and they immediately informed me that it would take 12 business days to get my money back and then I got a little upset and the manager strait up told me she was done dealing with me and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave The manager’s name was Minnie

Description of Work: I had four windows replaced by Lowes this past summer. It took almost four months to complete due to manufacturing defects, incorrect measurements of two windows, and a poor installation team hired by Lowes. I was pleased with the responsiveness of the Lowes' sales office and the windows are performing well through their first winter. Still, four months is an extremely long time to have four windows replaced.

Description of Work: It started out great. They sent out a person to do a bid on our roof. They hired a subcontractor to do the roof. This started in September. They set a time to be finished. They didn't even show up until 2 weeks after it was to be done. It was a shoddy roofing job. Had to continue to call to have it redone or fixed 4 different times.

Description of Work: Called for assistance in replacing a water heater still under warranty. First person I contacted gave me inaccurate information and then never called me back. The second person I contacted said they'd assist me and again, never called me back. The third person I contacted finally called me back to arrange pickup and delivery of a new water heater. He then proceeded to charge me upfront for the service call and asked if this was an emergency. I said it was and that he would pass this on to the installer at a cost of an additional $150.00. The next morning I received a call from the installer who told me they could come in 4 days (when I had no hot water!) I ended up contacting my plumber who was able to pick up the old water heater, deliver it to Lowes, pick up the new one and install it by early evening!

+ -1 moreThe sales staff was helpful and attentive, they had a nice selection, and had a reasonable price. The delivery did take a bit longer than anticipated however.
Description of Work: We purchased a new Maytag clothes dryer from them.
