+ -1 moreLeonard Padilla inspected our roof, explained the problem and his proposed solution in detail then provided a very reasonable bid for the work. His crew, which he personally supervised completed the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Repaired and resealed leaking roof. Installed a single-ply brai membrane. Re-welded all areas, torch applied. Resealed all canales, vents, skylights and flashing.
