His name is Luke and he was referred to us by a real estate person we knew and we have been with him for the last 6-7 years. He is really good about coming out since he knows us and gets out as soon as he can. We called him out because my husband didn't know how to fix the toilet and we were very happy with him. His prices are the least of all. It is a good price and very reasonable for Santa Fe. He is very thorough and doesn't have to come back. I have had a lot of plumbers whom I had to call back 2-3 times but he doesn't have to. He comes as soon as possible and so it is not often a long waiting period. He is quite busy but he will get to it immediately if it is an emergency. He does a very good job and he cleans up after himself. We have had him do a number of things for us. He knows what he is doing and does a great job. He has had different people work for him at different times and there are times when he doesn't come out but we have been happy with the person that he has sent out too. He had to go way under the tub to install the faucet system and it was really difficult. We had another plumber out who didn't want to do it but Luke did an excellent job. I just think that he is very good at what he does.
