Insight Mechanical

My experience with Insight Mechanical was great. Our 22-year-old boiler was giving us some problems and we needed a bid on replacing it with an up-to-date tankless combo unit that would heat our domestic water and run our radiant heating system. I called Insight Mechanical on a Thursday and explained our issue, they sent out an employee the following day to diagnose our needs and to give us a bid. The day before the job, Marc came out to look over the job and be sure he had all the necessary materials. Tuesday, Marc and Aldo started the demo on the old system; they finished up that day and we had no hot water that night but just cold water, no problem. The following day the new Bosch tankless combo unit was installed and the replumbing took shape. Still more work to be done at the end of day two - we had hot water for bathing and other uses. Day 3 Marc arrived and completed the plumbing that was required so that our radiant heating would work. This job was done on par with the high standards of a true professional journeyman, pipes neatly installed and wiring neatly run. I posted on FB the before and after pictures. Our highest respect to Marc, Aldo and Pete for their high standards in construction. If you hire Insight Mechanical for your next job, I think that you will be impressed with the quality of their work – I know that I was!

Scott and his installation crew did a bang up job. They arrived on time each day and cleaned up their work area daily. You would not have known they were working there. Crew was polite and courteous.Great job and a fair price. Have already recommended them to friends.

Perfectly! Marcus Scott, Scott Sweeny, and David, came at arranged times, replumbed copper lines of the older set-up, added necessary new lines, carted away all debris, tested system and recontacted us after a few days to ensure satisfaction. We had requested bids from two other competent plumbers, but their follow-ups to our questions weren't as timely. Insight Mechanical's proposals for other install options were clear and more than competitive.

Scott did an above-and-beyond job wiring my shop and hanging new lighting. We have since contracted Insight to install mini-split A/C and heating units in our home, as well as a new water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system. In every instance we have had remarkable service. I have recommended Insight to neighbors and friends. In each case they thanked me for the recommendation and have called Scott back to have more work performed. I will call Scott first for any and all electrical or plumbing needs.

The install was smooth and clean. We actually enjoyed having them working around the house. Great with our kids! They even let the kids "help" ;-) The heat coming from these radiators is unrivaled and efficient. The install was a dream. Highly recommended!
