 + -1 moreI saw after the work was done, several things that didn't appear to be correct. I took several pictures. And hand delivered a letter to Marvin Holmes, the owner asking that they be corrected and asking for an inspection. I was ignored. I filed a complaint with the State of New Mexico construction industries department. (CID) . CID conducted 2 inspections, one mechanical and one electrical. Seven mechanical code violations were found. And three electrical code violations were found. Letters were sent to Mr. Holmes asking that he contact them which he did not do. In addition to the code violations, there remains burn marks on the drywall in my mechanical room. Large amounts of orange spray foam were used to close up holes. Gaping holes were left in the ceiling and flooring. As a result of this and more, I have had to have a complete new air conditioning unit and heating unit installed. There you have it. You can decide if you want to hire this company. All of this is documented.
