The job was to re-stucco 200 feet of wall and an enclosed patio. It was completed in a timely manner. The workers were respectful and worked steadily with the only break being lunch. Clean up was very through and the price/warranty was fair. The end result was a beautiful wall and patio.

Terrible. Our appointment was at 2:00. When I initially spoke with Jacob I told him I had an appointment in town from 12:00 - 1:00 and that no one would be at our home until shortly before 2:00. He arrrived at 1:05. He went through a closed and chained gate (a violation of New Mexico law) and went to the from door, disturbing my dogs. When I called him he was extremely rude. I said our appointment was at 2:00 and he said, "I know, I came early". No apology just followed with " I won't do your job anyways". I would NEVER allow someone like this to work on my property - Everything about this interaction was disrespectful.

Jacob and everybody on his team was great. Good work. Diligent. And every question got a quick response. I hope to work with them again on other projects.

They determined that my outdoor back steps weren't actually wood, so didn't need treatment. My railings with lattice work on both sides of the steps are wood, but they won't need treatment for another 2 years. So charge for them to come to assess!

They did a wonderful job just the way I requested. The job was completed in less than a week and looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and kept in touch. Jacob answers texts quickly and his crew was polite and friendly.

The house looks wonderful. There was a tiny corner that I wish was stuccoed instead of covered with a piece of trim, but everything looks beautiful. The workers were friendly and respectful of my property. I'm pleased with the quality and got a competitive price.

Jacob and his professional crew of carpenters and helpers did an outstanding job putting a deck over our old, uneven flagstone and gravel patio. The deck is Trex material in pebble gray. They used copper treated wood designed for contact with the ground for the framing. The work was done in under 5 days despite all the tricky corners in our back yard. Everyone was very considerate and friendly, they worked very hard, and they seemed to enjoy working with each other, which makes any construction job less stressful for the property owner. Trex is one of the largest users of recycled plastic bags in the country. We had a deck made of this material when we lived out east and we just loved everything about it. Now our new back yard is inviting and fun instead of being a sandy tripping hazard. We did consult with a landscaper who wanted $19,000 to grade the back yard, improve drainage slightly (we had a small amount of sand collect after heavy rain), and add and re-lay all the flagstones so as to eliminate any gravel between stones. That would have worked fine, but this deck remedies all of our problems at less than half the cost. What's more, the deck eliminated a step down from the bedroom sliding glass door to the backyard, making it mobility impaired friendly.

He found some places, openings in the roofing materials that were near the skylights, that needed to be filled. I did not even know there were any problems, but there were and he found them, and now I will not have any problems with the rain.

It was awesome i will for sure recommend gurules construction to anyone else he did great and i am satisfied with his work and really happy now i can enjoy my new additions to my house
