Description of Work: They never responded to my phone message. When I called again, they told me that someone would call back. They never did. The woman on the phone said that they were busy. I guess they were too busy to take on a $10,000 job. Great business plan...

Description of Work: Did not respond after I left messages--to voicemail AND to a live person who answered-- regarding a residential paving job. If they can't call back to schedule an appointment, how can you trust them to perform a job? You can't.

+ -1 moreAs the Road Committee Chairman for a small neighborhood in Edgewood, NM I cannot praise GM Emulsion enough! GM Emulsion has done our road repairs for the past few years and has ALWAYS exceeded expectations for service and quality. GM Emulsion is great to work with. The owner, Gabriel Martinez, listens to our needs and makes appropriate suggestions. He has never tried to "upsell" us into doing more than we could afford (unlike several companies we used previously). Although neighbors seldom comment on such mundane matters as road repair, GM Emulsion's work always receives kudos from a number of our residents. I will always use GM Emulsion as long as I am Road Committee Chair.
Description of Work: Repaired 1.5 mile private community road with chip seal patches and applied seal coat to road edges.
