It may be the the company's work would have been good, but we ended up not using them because after spending a long time going over everything we wanted (and with every intention of using them) there was total radio silence for two weeks (no exaggeration) and then an email with an estimate that was off on a number of points we had discussed. When I said, "look let's start on x, but we need to talk about y, to get the details right," I got radio silence again and then a call that said "we're not going to do this work for you unless you give us all the work." It was very strange and disappointing, especially because I liked the technician who had come over originally. But we decided that if we had this much trouble communicating with them over getting started, it did not bode well. The prices in the estimate seemed reasonable.
