+ -1 moreIt didn't go, that's the problem. He left presumably to acquire materials he needed for the job and never returned. No communication, nothing. Very frustrating.
Description of Work: I have a very heavy wall mirror that needs hanging. I talked on the phone with the provider and he agreed to come take a look at it. He and his two employees showed up on time and examined the job to be done. Freddy mumbled something about a hardware store and left. I presumed he was going to get the items he needed and return. He never came back. No phone call, no text message, NOTHING. Don't waste your time calling this provider. I hope Angie takes him off her list. This was inexcusable and highly unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey came out immediately on a weekend with no notice, bought the supplies, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They were very friendly and helpful. The area has not leaked since even with torrential rain.
Description of Work: Sealed large window and portico area due to a leak after rainstorm.
