Description of Work: Fine Wood Floors deconstructed 600 sq ft of 100-year-old Douglas Fir t&g flooring. We had purchased white oak rift and quartered, and that is what Will and his crew installed. | |FWF was my first choice and would be again.

+ -1 moreCompany owner Will Hawkins was recommended by another company. A telephone call served to arrange a time for an appraisal. Will was very forthcoming with advice on our options and the risks, then proposed two alternatives: one which included sanding and one which did not. He subsequently bid these options at reasonable prices. We chose the sanding option and chose a date. He and his crew arrived on schedule and finished the job one day ahead of schedule. We could not be more pleased with the result! The floor was transformed from dull, faded and scratched to furniture-like brillance. Excellent job. Would happily return for future jobs.
Description of Work: Refinished pine wood floor in guest bedroom. This included sanding, staining and three coats of finish.
