Description of Work: traded in my (still-under-warantee) old, queen, pillow top with 1-3/4" sag (I took photos) for new,queen, firm, non pillow top ( to avoid compression sag). Net cost of new mattress: $65.00. inclu. delivery and removal. |It all went smoothly.

Description of Work: Everything about the purchase of this bed went smoothly in the store, where the assistant manager was very helpful and courteous. The real test came when they attempted to deliver it to my hard to reach residence the following day. It would've been on time except that the truck got stuck on the icy road, and so delivery became an all day event. In the end, however, they came up with a solution to accomplish the task, and did so with a dedication that went above and beyond the call.

+ -1 moreMargo was a great salesperson who really listened to my needs: simple, yet comfortable mattress for the guest bedroom for under $500. She had me try out several different models and confirmed that they could deliver it on the day I wanted. The mattress turned out to be more comfortable than I imagined!!
Description of Work: I used the Denver Mattress located at the Furniture Row complex in Albuquerque on Menaul Blvd to purchase a queen-sized mattress for my guest bedroom.
