As well as could be expected; my vacant home in Santa Fe was under contract to be sold but the water line to the downstairs toilet burst/leaked and mold developed. Though Perry's bid was not the lowest one I felt comfortable that the work would be done right. Perry handled everything through my realtor as I was unable to be there. They were able to get right to work when the mold test results came in, and I believe even worked a day or two on the weekends to get it done on deadline. To be honest the final cost was more than expected but we had some surprises; even so it was lower than several of the other bids. The rebuild looked great! Perry was professional and helpful (and sympathetic) and I was glad to have him make the best of a bad situation. I would recommend them without hesitation.
