Description of Work: This is the only provider for my region so I have to use their services. We have frequent outages, long delays in getting service, and a lack of technical expertise.

+ -1 moreIt has now been two months without service. I just got off the phone with this provider moments ago and they basically told me I was being singled out and being refused service. They informed me that everybody's service was operational except mine. They also refused to provide an explanation as to why this was so. At this point I must conclude I am being discriminated against for unknown reasons, perhaps it is because I am medically disabled. Due to my disability, I depend on the internet to maintain an adequate quality of life. Cybermesa has taken away my quality of life. There are 3 other ISP services available in my area, WIndsteam teleco which offers service that is poorer than Cybermesa and two other Fixed wireless providers. I emailed both of these other wireless providers and none of them got back to me. Perhaps Cybermesa has blacklisted me to these other providers.
Description of Work: Fixed wireless service worked for a number of months with outages that happened often. Now, service has been down for a month, I am still being billed and there is still no estimated time of repair.

+ -1 moreI took off work on a Friday morning (or so I thought), waiting for the field tech to arrive around 10:00. I had been told the previous day that he had no other commitments for this day and that he started work at 9:30. Hence, I expected him to be prompt. By 12:00, no one had called or arrived. I called the company and was told that they would get an ETA from him and call me back. No one called back. At 2:00 PM I called the office again. I was told the same thing - that they would contact the tech and call me back. No one called back with that information. Finally, having things to do, I left my home at 4:00 PM. At 4:50 PM, the tech called and left a message, asking if he could meet me on Monday. My phone still buzzes, and no, I can't take another day off work when I just did so the day before. I marked that I would use this provider in the future, only because I have little other choice. There is only one other phone service company in our area. I don't know if I will switch or not at this point.
Description of Work: Nothing - that is the problem. I use this internet/phone company for both - my home and business phones and internet (DSL) service. My home phone recently started 'buzzing' in the background no matter when or where I make a call. I asked for assistance, and after being put through the many paces ("move the phone to another jack", "take off the filter", "put on a new filter", etc) the phone tech finally set me up with an appointment for a field tech to come to test the line. The appointment was to be around 10:00 AM (they would not commit to a specific time, even though I told them that I worked away from home).
