The wall looks great, but there was a lot of damage to my undeveloped property outside the wall

Catherine Clemens came out shortly after we contacted her for an appraisal of the project. She listened well, asked our budget (which she ultimately met), and offered some immediate ideas. Those were refined and expanded upon over the following weeks, The project began in a timely manner and proceeded with hardly an interruption. She was a pleasure to work with. The crew she assigned to our project was punctual, hard-working, efficient, and professional--it was the best set of workers I have experienced, here or in any city. Near the end, we needed to have some small part of the work redone; and it was done promptly and well.

How did it go? Perfectly!!! We could not be happier with the work process, completed project, and the relationship developed with Catherine Clemens and her team at Clemens and Associates, Inc. We purchased a Spanish Colonial Hacienda in October 2013 that required extensive interior renovation and design along with exterior renovations and additions to complement the original Hacienda architecture of the home. Catherine and Team worked closely with the interior contractor and interior designer to assure the integrity of the design was maintained outside the home. Catherine was not about rushing the process, she was sensitive to working closely with us to discuss vision, needs and wants while maintaining the integrity of the design and focusing on the unique qualities of the home and property. Her vision and approach was absolutely perfect. Her ability to collaborate with her clients is masterful. Her knowledge and competence provided us, the clients, with the information and assurance we needed to make key decisions. Catherine delivered a large scope project within the budget established and far exceeded our expectations for vision, design, execution, value and creativity. As a result of our experience, we will continue to work with Clemens and Associates for any additional projects we undertake as well as retaining them to provide ongoing maintenance of our landscape.

We have been doing business with Clemens for the last five years. This obviously means it has gone very well or we would not have continued our relationship from year to year. We have greatly appreciated their assistance in maintaining our landscape, which adds value to our property.

Calls were courteous and call-backs were/are prompt. Very professional meeting to estimate the cost for regular work on my property. A 12-month contract was prepared and work was started immediately. So far (1 month) I am very happy with the team assigned to my property. The workers are prompt, efficient and can provide helpful opinions on layout of plantings.

Good job overall. Some problems but everything was resolved promptly. Workers showed up on time and consistently.

Mr. Jess Clemens, the owner, project planner & overall supervisor was excellent, professional & responsive in all respects. The project was completed in all details and on schedule, the results are beautiful. They have added significantly to the beauty & enjoyment of our outdoor experience. They are outstanding!
