It was a pleasure to work with Richard of Clear Sky Windows. I got an appointment scheduled promptly. He was on time and gave me a price before we started. He is better priced and does a much better job than anyone I have worked with before. It turned out there was some junk on the windows from when the house was restuccoed that he did not see when he gave me a quote. It took longer and more work to remove it. I requested he increase the price of the job to address this, but he declined. Richard was very respectful of my house and belongings, and careful not to damage any shrubs when working outside. All in all, an extremely positive experience and I intend to have him back in six months for regular upkeep.

I booked this service using a deal: 10-20 windows cleaned inside and out for &$79. I received a response from Rich immediately through msg on Angie's List and a msg on my cell. I gave him several dates that would work for me while I was in town and we got service scheduled. Rich arrived as scheduled, a few minutes early, and cleaned the outside of the windows on my front portal while he was waiting for me to arrive..." a freebie" : )I have more windows than the Big Deal covered, so I chose the windows with the best views...21 windows. We have been doing a lot of maintenance work on the house so there was still some construction mess on the windows. Rich cleaned all 21 windows that we talked about and got on the roof and did the outside of the 12 windows that are in my kitchen area. Beautiful views restored and some extra areas cleaned. I will call Clear Sky Windows in the summer and have Rich do the inside and outside of the kitchen windows as well as the windows in the rest of the house.

For some of us having our windows expertly washed by a pleasant, reliable professional is something akin to a religious experience. Your whole outlook on the world changes when the veil is lifted. Indeed, the glass disappears entirely and the view of distant mountains, or flowers in the courtyard, or the magnificent Santa Fe sunset is suddenly made manifest! Miraculous! My entire experience with Clear Sky was 100% positive. I was able to schedule the appointment in a timely manner. Rich quoted me a fair price and even threw in a couple of extra windows for free. On the day we were scheduled it rained, but Rich was able to reschedule promptly and efficiently. When he arrived the windows were in much worse shape than he had anticipated or than I care to admit. He took all the time it needed to get them virtually spotless and did not try to raise the price from our original estimate. I wound up paying more than he asked because he was so totally professional and fair. He was courteous, quiet and unobtrusive. He cleaned up beautifully and even left us a little rag and scrubbing pad in case he missed any spots when the light changed outside. I will use him again and again.

Richard showed up on time and did an outstanding job on cleaning our windows and screen. So much so that we signed up on his maintenance program to have recurring window cleaning service on and ongoing basis.

These guys did such a great job. The owner Rich came out and did the estimate himself. They were professional, thorough and the best price in town by far. I will definitly be using them again and plan to refer them to my friends.
