+ -1 moreThe overall job was performed by Handyman Services, a contractor in LasVegas, NM and separately reported to Angie's List. Enrique Castro was selected by and a sub-contractor to Handyman, and paid by Handyman. This installation and finishing job was an unusual circumstance in that the concrete was placed in a confined space, which made screeding and floating more difficult. Nevertheless, the 3-man Castro crew did a very professional job, with the final concrete surface being very flat and level to the grade established by Handyman Contractors.(two different qualities, for those who understand concrete work) and the final finish is very smooth, without trowel marks. I am very pleased with the quality of the final product.
Description of Work: Castro Concrete Services performed the leveling and surface finishing of 16 cubic yards of ready-mix concrete placed in about 1200 square feet of basement floor, garage floor, ground-level porch floor, drive pad and sidewalk. The concrete was pumped up-hill to my remote summer home site in the mountains of northern New Mexico.
