The folks at Carpet Works do excellent work. They showed up right on time. The carpets look amazing now, every last spot is out. They got almost all of the water out in the cleaning process, and carpets felt dry the same evening as the cleaning. Very happy with their service.

Far and away, CarpetWorks provided the most professional in-home service in any category, ever. Rux came out to do a same-day estimate based on the extensive issues with my carpet, and Alex and his crew were even a little early to the appointment. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly, knocked the whole thing out in a few hours, and a day later, my carpet looks, and most importantly smells, brand new. I recommend their services without reservation, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Carpet Works promptly arrived at our facility and provided water extraction services when our facility flooded. All of Carpet Works staff are respectful, professional and during a time of stress the were compassionate, knowledgeable and very resourceful. We highly recommend Carpet Works for their routine services such as carpet cleaning and the emergency situations such as water extractions.

Very expensive and mediocre job with no follow up. Owner of the company sent worker and never came to inspect the job or follow up to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction. I will look for another company when the time comes.

They arrived as scheduled. Setup quickly and totally cleaned about 800 sq. ft. in less than an hour. They removed stains that I thought were permanent. I was considering buying new carpeting because it looked to bad. Now I have carpeting that looks like new. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company.

Rux said what we were asking could be done, but couldn’t be flexible enough to work with us on what would be a 30 minute job that we were willing to pay FULL price of an hour for. Not only was Rux unprofessional, rushed, uncooperative & unable to give ANY time commitments, when we tried to follow up or asked questions he would cut us off and not allow us to express our needs. He definitely has the Customer & Service Provider mixed up in this equation.

Very well. They responded promptly to a phone call asking for the service, Prompt scheduling of the actual work. They did a good job, including NOT walking on the freshly cleaned carpets with their work boots

Jayde, the owner, was very generous with his time & expertise. He recommended a company that he has found to do quality work and went on to recommend nylon carpeting for ease of cleaning and durability. We also discussed cleaning cost for a small room.

The carpet dealer did not answer the phone and voice mail box was full. Definitely not the beginning of a happy relationship.

The company president came the same morning that I called to inquire about their services and I received a free estimate which was very reasonable. The servicemen came promptly (actually calld on the appointment day and said they could come earlier...and did!). They were pleasant and courteous, efficient, professional, and thorough in their cleaning: a sofa and a chair and two bedroom carpets.

Carpets look like new, wish I would have done this years ago. I definitely recommend Carpet Works without hesitation. They are courteous, punctual, and very knowledgeable.

Rux is a miracle worker. He took years old red wine stains out of a berber carpet and saved us from replacing it. He's also a GREAT communicator. He gets right back on the initial call, sets up the appointment, calls the morning of the appointment and THEN calls when he's on the way. No "Cable Guy" waiting all day. Highly recommend!

I emailed Carpet Works via Angie's List and received a call back the next day to schedule a visit for an estimate. Rex came over the next day and reviewed all work that we needed and provided an estimate of about $550.00 plus tax. After receiving the estimate, we continued to look for local (Santa Fe) companies that did carpet cleaning and re-stretching but we could find none available through Angie's list. We then re-contacted Carpet Works and scheduled an appointment for two or three days later. Jayde and his partner arrived within the appointed time and proceeded to prepare the house for the work. After looking over the rooms that needed attention, they rolled up an expensive area rug that the carpet cleaning hose would have to cross at our request, because we did not want to risk soling it during the cleaning of the other rugs. They put up corner protectors in key spots to avoid creating rub marks from the hose. It took a couple of hours to do all the rooms. Jayde expressed dissatisfaction with the grout cleaning in the main bathroom and gave us a discount. He also spent some time explaining why he thought the grout would not clean properly. All other cleaning projects were done satisfactorily and the carpet re-stretching was well done. We did note that some stains were left on the unfinished wood stairway leading to the lower level rooms. We called Carpet Works about this and they sent someone over the next day. Upon inspection, they pledged to do what was needed to remove the stains. However, given the condition the stairs were in before they stained them, we will probably just work on the removal of the stains when we recondition the wood and refinish/seal them ourselves. In the case of the bathroom grout problem and the stairs, they did inform us of another family member who did such restorative work if we were interested. All folks we interacted with during this process, were very professional and friendly. The offer to discount the cost of the grout cleaning service due to no fault of their own, was also appreciated. We will definitely consider them again when our next cleaning is due.

Workers arrived on time and were professional. Worked quickly. Were respectful of our home.

Very professional and punctual. When we initially called for an estimate, the owner called back within a few minutes and scheduled a visit for the estimate. Rux called before he came, and showed up on-time. We were then emailed an estimate, which was also the final price; no surprises. On the day of service, Jayde & Eric called first to let us know they were on the way and arrived on-time as well. The few items we did not move (large dresser), they moved to clean underneath & then put back in place atop foam corner blocks to protect the carpet. Our carpets had not been professionally cleaned in over a decade. In several areas there were discolorations that had been there for years. We did not expect that these stains would ever go away, but the guys were able to remove them. This is a family-run business, and the sons have been doing this work for 14+ years. They also have a sister company that does handyman & odd-job work. Based on our experience with the carpet cleaning, we would be very comfortable hiring them on the handyman side as well.

ON time, courteous, did a good job. They advised against cleaning one sofa that had dry-clean cleaning code, to avoid ruining it.

This company is superb. My sofas look new! They are very professional. They call to confirm and arrive promptly for the appointment time. They are nice, informative and care about their work.

It turned out very well. They were prompt, polite, and very efficient. They did good work and their price was fair.

In 40 years as a general contractor and landlord, I've never worked with a more professional outfit. They returned my first call in ten minutes and gave me a quote and an appointment time. They accommodated my schedule. They called the day of the job to confirm, and they arrived early. They were personable, thorough, hardworking and smart. They don't waste time: they were in and out in under an hour. And they didn't play any games about honoring their quote or adding any extra charges. The results are flawless. There were some very dirty areas, and they had no problem getting them clean. They made a point of asking me to let them know if I had any dissatisfaction after the carpet dried. (Obviously, I don't.) [NOTE TO ANGIE'S LIST: You need to separate Santa Fe from Albuquerque. They're sixty miles apart and radically different markets. It made finding CarpetWorks a chore; it's not fair to your subscribers or to the providers we rate. I also live and subscribe in Portland, Maine, which is the same size city as Santa Fe and it isn't combined with anyplace else.]

Work was supervised by my contractor, so I cannot speak to some aspects of the job. However, Carpet Works managed to remove some odd spots and even a rust stain from my off-white carpets. They (and my contractor) were concerned that it was impossible to perfectly clean a few high traffic areas -- but these carpets were installed twenty years ago, and until a couple of years ago the property was a rental, so I had no expectations that the carpets would look like new! They look a LOT better, however, and are much more comfortable to walk on in bare feet, now that the grime is gone.

That was a very good job. It was a small job and I got a good price on the carpet. They did was they were supposed to do.

They did a great job and I would recommend them. They were very accommodating, on time, and honest. They did what they said they were going to do. I would say all good things about them.
