They showed up on time. Mr. Campos left without talking to me so I did no know when they would be back. Minor inconvenience. There were a number of hoses on the ground obviously not attached to anything for their use. Murphy's Law operated: they picked up the only hose that was attached to something (drip irrigation), did not look to see if it was attached to anything, and pulled, pulled hard since the tubing was pinned down. Annoying but no lasting harm done. Finally, Mr. Campos seem to lose interest when I paid him: he was supposed to return the next day but did not. None of this was terrible and I suppose inside the bounds of what can be expected but could have been better . The actual work seems to be fine. It was a cash-only deal. I might use this provider again, might not.

All went well, except for below freezing days, when couldn't work with materials.

Good work. Only disappointment was the matching of the stucco colors. Colors did not blend as expected. We had to pay a paint specialist to blend in areas where color demarcation was obvious. We realize that stucco work is difficult.

The head guy is Rigoberto and I was so pleased in dealing with him that I will for sure use them for any future work. He was kind, professional, diplomatic and responsible. He went above and beyond to explain things to me and to make sure everything was done clean and neat. I am one of those people that not only want good work performed but I also want to know my money is going to a good person. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them. Ben

Mr. Campos supervised his crew daily and was on time and on schedule with his work. All loose stucco was removed and the concrete base stabilized with West One Kote. Metal lath was use where needed and fiberglass mesh with BTS Sto was applied. The parapets were water proofed prior to applying Sto Primer. Sto Color was matched and applied. Mr. Campos and his crew were polite and keep the area clean and in good order.

He does excellent work. I've used him multiple times and will continue using him for projects around my home. He's also put me in touch with other good companies for projects he couldn't get to. He's a good guy to know and have around.
