Awful, from start to finish. Original representative from the company quit before final order was placed. Project taken over by Managing Partner who had little or no knowledge of the project. Field measurements of windows were incorrect, wrong windows shipped, windows and screens were received very late, damaged on delivery and incomplete, installing sub-contractors were late, lazy and did not complete the project. They damaged a number of the windows and broke several pieces of glass which had to be ordered special. To date, now after approximately 8 months, the punch lists have not been completed except in a partial and half-hearted way, screens and parts which were removed to be replaced have not been replaced, damage remains and in two areas the windows have leaked and caused serious interior damage. The General Contractor on this project appears to be powerless to assist and the Manufacturer is non-responsive to either the supplier (Brother Sun) or the General Contractor or the Owner.
