+ -1 moreI needed a real estate agent and after trying several in Santa Fe that did not work out a neighbor recommended Stephanie Duran. I was hesitant to use her and Juli King at first, as she is a top rated agent and had a number of listings. What I found out is there is a reason she is ranked a top agent especially in a small town like Santa Fe. Stephanie and Juli work and were very available and responded quickly to inquires which is very important in a market where houses sell quickly. They also have great relationships with contractors and are well respected by other agents. If I buy or sell a home again I will be using this agents.
