One word: AWFUL When I moved from Santa Fe I hired Barker Management to manage my home as a rental. I should have seen the red flags right away. My first tenant they put in fled the coop, and I lost money on the rent. The next tenant was ok. She was an employee of theirs. After she left the problems really began to start. They placed a renter in my apartment that didn't have a credit score. They were constantly late on rent, and Barker consistently let the ball drop. I eventually got so fed up with them I fired them, and went to another manager who had to evict them due to their negligence. After they had left I discovered the condition they left my place in. Barker Management let the place fall to pieces. I needed new painting on interiors and exteriors, and landscaping for my dead trees. Don't hire them. They are about the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with.
