I told Trishia I would like 3 toilets replaced with Kohler fixtures like Home Depot has for sale at $180. She sends me info on two toilet brands I've never heard of and quotes me like $450. I wrote back and asked her whether I was missing something. Why are these unrecognized brands so much more than Kohler and told her what they were going for at Home Depot. That was a week and a half ago and still have heard nothing back. Totally opposite experience from the first time I used them. But found another plumber that will do the job with the brand I asked for and at a competitive price.

Excellent work and service. Installation was hampered by old leaking water shut-off, but they worked around it with additional plumbing work at no additional charge.

Showed up on time and did job quickly and professionally. I would use again.

Technician arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the root of our water pressure issue and correct it. He recommended installation of an expansion tank, but did not use any pressure tactics to try to sell it. We had him install one and he did so quickly and efficiently.

Raul was on time and very friendly andeasy to work with. He stayed until all air was out and system was working properly. It is great to have better water pressure - especially gor the shoeer.

I can see why Aranda's won top honors in the Santa Fe Reporter's 'Best of' award in the plumbing and heating category. Chris Aranda (a fourth generation technician in the family-run business) came out and wasted no time in sorting out our problems with water pressure, leaking exterior water spigots, and getting our natural gas barbecue hooked up to the gas source. Chris called in advance of his service call, arrived on time, and took care of all of our problems in an hour. He had me check his work before preparing the bill, which was very reasonable. After having been stood-up by another local plumbing company, I'm really glad I tried Aranda's. Chris treated our home as though it was his own. That's the sort of service I'm after!

The service man was here less than half an hour after I called. He had the job done in five minutes. There's a $75 fee for the call, plus $115 charge per hour. The minimum labor charge is an hour, but he waived the $75 fee since I was a new customer (and I assume since charging an hour for a five-minute job is pretty outrageous)..

Not well, still leaks. I called and complained and they said someone would call me back and they didn't.

I had an emergency. They came over to assess the problem, moved some other jobs around and sent me a proposal that afternoon and showed up two days later. They were prompt, extremely professional, did a great job, cleaned up and were gone. This is probably the single best contractor experience I've had in 16 years, I didn't shop them on price but their charges seemed reasonable to me.

I have hired Aranda plumbing repeatedly over the past 17+ years because they are very reliable, honest, excellent at their job,and just an overall great. The last job they did was replace a very old and dead hot water heater, as well as, replace a worn kitchen faucet. i am always very pleased with their performance and will continue to call them for ALL my I plumbing and heating issues.I have tried to write this out at least 5 times, but my crappy computer keeps erasing it towards the end. So I will end now before another problem arises. I love Aranda plumbing and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Aranda for such great service over the years. Take Care p.s. My experience with them was good. 6.28 to 6.33. I think they did real well. I would surely use them again in the future.

It may be what everyone does now, but I am not thrilled to pay a charge just for showing up. I can understand a 1/2 or 1 hour minimum, this is local, not like a 60 mile drive to arrive.

The service was great. I was taken aback by how much it cost, but I have not used a licensed plumber in so many years that I have no way of knowing how the price compared to other licensed plumbers in Santa Fe.

The leak started Tuesday night and I was scheduled to fly on a business trip late Wed, and I needed someone to come ASAP because I could not leave town until the repair was made. I explained the situation and the plumber came out within about an hour on Wednesday morning. It took several hours of work, but I still was able to make my flight. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness to my situation.

Their pricing was competitive with the other plumbers in the area. I don't think they were extremely high or very cheap. The quality was excellent. The business has been here since 1947, and it is a family business. They showed up when they said they would, and they did the job. I didn't have to get on the phone to chase them down. It is a very professional operation.

excellent. they were able to track down a replacement valve for the very old model in my shower that had broken. Had it in the store within a week.

Great work! On time, professional and thorough. This was definitely the best plumbing experience I have had in Santa Fe. Highly recommend them!

Went well, unit installed on roof in excellent manner. Still testing unit to see how well it heats.

The repair must have been good, because it has held for over two years. Work was done efficiently.

It was fine. The worker was good. We had a faucet that we were trying to fix, we got a part and it didn't work. He came and fixed it.

This was a very difficult job because the part was hard to reach and parts were not available. They were able to repair the valve in their shop and reinstall it in my tub.

It went extremely well, he cleaned up after himself.

Arrived on time. Explained everything well. Lowe score on professionalism because water sprayed all over my bathroom walls, damaging art. He gave me a 50 dollar discount!

I took 2 men about 2 hours of actual work time. Dug hole in front yard to find leak in water pipe from street to house. Location of leak was obvious as water rose to ground level. They left everything cleaned up. For 2 hours of actual work, $1200 worked out to $600 per hour. No one else called me back to get additional quotes, so I went with Aranda's Plumbing, as I wanted to get our water back on. Their work was and quot; excellentand quot;, I just wish I could have gotten more quotes.

They are prompt, polite and thorough. We had several small things that needs to be addressed and they addressed every single one. It was very well taken care of. They were here for five to six hours. They were some parts that he had to install and we were very pleased. We had to do a sewer line repair; they did an excellent work at a significantly more affordable price.
