This is the second time I've used Anytime, with complete satisfaction. They worked fast, professionally, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Anthony and Daniel came to the house and were professional, pleasant AND compassionate... They thoroughly explained everything they were doing, everything they found and even made some suggestions! The work was done okay, but they charged me 4x the cost of the replacement part.

This job required the plumber, Rick, and his crew to utilize the crawl space under our house in order to hook up the inlet lines as well as connecting the drain line to the existing drain pipes. That, I n its self, is not an easy task, and I know for a fact, there is not a lot of room under there to work. The other part of the job was the positioning and leveling of the cabinet where the sink fits into. The crew took careful measures to insure the cabinet was positioned correctly and level. After all was said and done, they completed everything that I had contracted for, and in a very professional manner. Everything was cleaned up and looked fantastic. Ther're scheduler, Kim, is delightful and always willing to accommodate their customers. This is not the first time I've used Anytime Plumbing. Because professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and honesty is of the utmost importance to me, I will definitely use these folks again anytime I need

It went very well, they were very nice people. They did a great job.

The plumbers who performed the work were very nice. It is the owner who I have issue with. He just made up a price for the job not itemizing the work. When I asked for itemization he stated it would be way more that way. The plumbers cut my electrical lines while performing the work and the owner billed me for the 3.5 hours that they sat and waited for the line to be repaired. The owner said he shouldn't pay for that lost time. He also stated that it took 1.5 to fill in a hole with a backhoe. He is dishonest and doesn't take responsibility for the errors made by his staff. Very rude and unprofessional owner. I would not recommend this business.

Anytime Plumbing took my call and responded to my home within 20 minutes. They were polite, professional, and efficient. I will definitely contact them again if the need arises. Thank you Anytime!

Provider scheduled two appointments and didn't show up for either one.

They had the wrong address and also called to rescheduled, but then never showed. They kept calling asking the same questions over and over, just didn't seem to know what was going on.

I have 3 service calls related to the condensate pump installation that was freezing (we eventually figured this out with no help from Anytime). Anytime wouldn't provide us with information about the pump purchase so we can't solidify the warranty return. We are out $400 because Anytime can't keep good records and don't know about HVAC systems. For minor plumbing repairs they will efficiently unclog your drain (for about $350). If you need high-end HVAC work, this isn't your company. Oh, and $10000 won't buy you any sort of consideration.

Anytime is one of those rare companies in Northern New Mexico that truly cares about the customer.

I had them come back and put the gas line down farther and they did it quickly without charging me.

I called Anytime Plumbing, Sewer, and Drain to clear a backed up sewer line in my guest house. I had visitors staying in the guesthouse; so I was anxious to have the problem resolved quickly. The call was made at about 9:00 PM on a Friday, and I was told that someone would be here in about an hour. After over an hour, I had to call back and then found out that it would be a least another hour before they arrived. They finally arrived after 11:00 PM. I pointed out to the plumber where the cleanouts for the sewer line were located. He immediate backed his equipment trailer up to a cleanout near the house and ran a hose into the sewer line. After about 10 - 20 minutes of trying unsuccessfully to clear the line, we discovered that the hose had gone the wrong way in the sewer line and had busted a large hole in the toilet in the guest house, spraying sewer water all over the bathroom in the process. Many of my guest's personal items were destroyed in this process. The plumber stated that I had misinformed him about the direction of the cleanout and said the damage was my fault. He offered not to charge me for the visit but left me with a filthy guesthouse, a busted toilet sitting on my patio, and an open sewer line in my guest house. After removing the toilet, he did complete the job, clearing the sewer line from inside the house. However, given the damage, my guests were unable to continue staying in the house and cut their visit short. This plumber left my house in far worse condition that how he found it and offered no reasonable solution for resolving the problem.

They are very good. They are very communicative. Someone is there to answer your call, which is not typical of plumbers. They show up at the appointment time and if they were late, they call. I thought they were a bit pricey for the work done, but they did very good work.

They dug out the old pipe, replaced, installed a cleanout, poured concrete around the cleanout to protect from cars driving over it. They identified another root ball closer to the city line and were able to cleanup. This home is a vacation rental, and they were able to come in and get it done between guests. I have not yet seen the repair yet but the office staff was professional, responsive and courteous. I look forward to working with Anytime for regular cleaning out of a problem drain I have in Master shower.

I was hoping that the leaking frost-free tap could be repaired, but the plumber explained that the labor to remove the unit in order to repair it would be the same as just replacing it. Since I knew it was at least twenty years old and had endured numerous sub-zero freezes, I agreed -- and I'm glad I did. The new fixture is made out of better materials (less plastic) and has a few features to its design that suggest it will last even longer than the original.

We detected a lead inside one of our bathroom walls on a Sunday morning. We decided to join Angie's List before consulting a plummer and chose one who had an A rating on the Angie's List website. We chose Anytime Plumbing because they advertised 24 hour service. They came out within an hour of our call, fixed our lead promptly and then recommended someone who came out that same day to repair our wall. We were thoroughly satisfied with our experience.

Both the plumbing technician and the handyman who fixed our drywall were very polite, professional, and thorough including cleaning up after themselves. When the plummer arrived he was able to dianois the problem very quickly, get the parts needed and fix the source of the leak. Before he left he called his handyman associate who came out soon after and took care of the wall repair including getting the supplies and paint that would match our wall perfectly. We could not have been more pleased with our experience from both Anytime Plumbing and their handyman associate.

Straightfoward repair.

I called and tried to get 3 estimates but the other two companies didn't even call me back. They came for a gas leak that had the county shutting my gas supply off. They were pretty quick to respond though I am 40 minutes from Santa Fe. They helped me get the red tag off the county put on and we had gas again fairly quickly. I called them when the local companies were to busy and they gave me an estimate the next day. We schedule the work and agreed on a price. I had considered having my brother do some of the work and they gave me to different prices with and without the work my brother would do. I decided after I saw how well they worked to give them the entire job. They worked hard and cleaned up when they were done. There was a time they didn't show up on time and it made me late for where I wanted to go but they had my water turned back on and things running smoothly.
