Their guy didn't address the problem and coated a canel then called it good. The owner came out and didn't charge me for that patch. But I sealed the window myself.

We have had no problems in the last six months.

I paid to have my decking removed/reinstalled from the roof above my two car garage to have the roof repaired. There was an obvious bad spot/patch which the builder (BT Homes) had left (tar paper over a hole). Angel patched it - about 2 feet square spot. I had paid $900 for the separate crew to R/R the decking and then, after Angel was "done", I paid another guy about $200 to patch the damaged garage ceiling. Had some monsoon rains in early Sepember, and the ceiling leaked just like before, redamaging the repairs, and creating new damage. I called America's Roofing - Angel, and he said he DID NOT warranty patches. I had my son take off the decking and found a corner of Angel's "patch" had come up leaving a gaping hole. Now I am paying another roofer that my son recommends to do it right. America's Roofing does lousy work, and offers no warranty on patches. Do NOT use this company - ripoff!

The area on my roof that they were supposed to fix leaked again in five months resulting in massive water damage to my living room. I had to pay another roofing company to do the exact same work that America's Roofing was supposed to get right and also repair a huge mess in my house. I asked them for a refund on the work and my request has been ignored. I will probably have to sue them for faulty work and damages.
