I used them once a long time ago and was so impressed with them. I couldn't remember their name or who they were. I finally came across it. I was just impressed with their honesty. They were really honest. I was impressed with it. Some companies come out and say you need this and this, and so many dollars. The second time I was not disappointed.

In 2013 the Air Conditioning & Heating Company technician replaced 6 feet of tube to the swamp cooler due to water leaks. He covered the tubing with a spray foam that hardened so the tubing was no longer accessible. So a subsequent technician in 2016 (who told us the guy from 2013 was no longer around) was unable to hook up the water line. We had to hire a plumber to repair their 2013 "fix" of our leaks. In 2016, Air Conditioning & Heating charged us $240 for cleaning and oiling our swamp cooler and telling us we needed a plumber to fix it. One month later when we called to tell them water was running off the roof, down the side of the house (which hadn't happened in the past), they charged $200 to look at it, "adjust the belt and water level" and tell us the run-off was "normal." We will never use this company again. What a rip off. When we complained about the cost, the technician told us to take it up with the office. The only reason I didn't rate them 'F', is because they always showed up when they said they would.

Excellent. Professional. Cost in line with quality of work/service. Clean installation. Explained all work to be performed at estimate and identified problems at estimate. Provided solutions to problems at estimate. NO surprises or hidden costs. Discussed how the right size unit (BTUs for furnace and TONS for AC) was chosen and why a bigeer or smaller unit would not be optimal or as efficient (for comfort and for operation and service life of units).

It was an excellent experience. The technician cleaned, inspected, & tested the operation of the furnace & the A/C. The furnace was found to have a very sluggish start-up. The gas valve was a little slow to open, & the pilot valve assembly wasn't performing well. Repairs were made, & the furnace now responds well. The technician was clearly knowledgeable & experienced, and took the necessary time to troubleshoot, explain what he was doing, & fix the problem.

The repair itself was minor, but our technician (Tim Nantz) was outstanding. He even took the time to show me how to troubleshoot and maintain the system myself in the future.

I am so very happy to report that with a water hose we removed about 30 cubic inches of mold from the blower fan. The unit is located right above my bed, so I was getting seeded with mold all night long. The prior owner had a cat house within 5 feet of the unit, so that was probably the instigating factor in the mold clogging the fan. I developed sudden onset asthma when I moved here and after this unit was cleaned, I no longer need my inhalers! It is that dramatic. An inhaler costs $116 per month and the cleanup cost $225, no brainer. Also, I am hard of hearing and need to communicate by text or email. Fran in the front office made sure that communication was a breeze. Very few people remember to text me and I really appreciate that little extra effort!

John arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced a noisy check valve on our boiler and didn't leave until he had double-checked to make sure it wasn't going to leak. Very happy with the results.

Tim was timely, friendly and efficient.

Excellent response time to my call. Came out inspected the job got a quote the next day. Scheduled the work for the next week. They showed up on time. The job took a day or two longer than antisapated only because they wanted to make the installation as good as possible.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SEVICE CO provides service from the heart. All of it's employees are genuinely caring and concerned for the customer. Fran is a sweetheart that manages her crew quickly and efficiently. Heidi is the parts expert and really is on top of what's needed, how quickly they can get it, and what it will cost. I had a question about the problem and addressed it directly to Jim, the president, and discovered that he was someone that I could trust would always be open to communication and accommodation, if I should ever have a need or concern. The problem was fixed by John, within 45 minutes. He explained very clearly what the problem was, and he actually had my 'out-dated' valve in his truck, so that I didn't need to wait for it to be ordered. I have a happy history with the company, and because of their impeccable service and communication, I will absolutely remain a loyal customer! Thank you All, and Joseph who was a huge support.

From the beginning of the project through it’s completion the staff was friendly, thorough, and on time. We were very happy with the professionalism and the product.

They have not found the leak which is disconcerning. They were kind and professional.

Frank Sandoval came to my house to look and my situation and determine possible scenarios for meeting my air conditioning needs. He later submitted estimates for a couple of options. After I selected the option I desired the unit was promptly installed and put into working order. The gentlemen who did the installtion were very thorough and professional. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience, and I am quite satisfied with the results.

They somehow managed it in three days. Excellent price and instructed us on how to maximize the efficiency of the AC. Office staff are exceptionally nice and kept us notified on estimates, delivery, and scheduling of services. Technician was punctual, clean, and obviously knowledgeable.

The company was punctual and professional. I'm very happy with the quality of service they provided. I did have to call back to the office to find out if when the technicians were coming to my house. I think the price I paid was fair.

Their work was flawless and the technician was very experienced. Work was accomplished quickly and accurately. Their quality and end price was fair. I highly recommend them to Santa Fe area people. They did arrive 40 minutes late and that was the only fault.
