Description of Work: The technicians came promptly, fixed the problem very well, and explained to me the issues for continuing to take care of the boiler and radiant heating system. I was very impressed and will definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: We have used AAG Inc for air conditioning service.

Description of Work: AAG, Inc., of Santa Fe removed a large (about 750,000 BTU), very heavy heating boiler from a utility service room under our four-plex and installed two replacement boilers: one 280,000 BTU boiler for residential hot water and one 525,000 BTU boiler for residential heating. They also installed two expansion tanks, four Taco 0011 pumps to pump hot water for heating, all necessary piping, two chimneys that connected to two existing chimneys, two new zone valves for residential hot water delivery to two existing Amtrol hot water heating and storage tanks, new electrical service, new themostats to replace existing thermostats in the Amtrol tanks, and new water and air pressure relief valves. They also repaired a leak in a hot water heating radiator in one apartment of our four-plex and installed a new bleed valve in that radiator. They also replaced a malfunctioning toilet in another apartment with a new American Standard Cadet 3 toilet, per my request. At my request, they supplied separate invoices for the boiler work, the Amtrol work, the repair work in an apartment, and the toilet replacement work. Their boiler replacement work was invoiced at the estimate cost, and the additional work was invoiced at fair and reasonable costs. AAG was responsive to my needs and completed the work in a timely fashion. The new systems are working at levels that exceed my expectations. AAG also responds promptly when I contact them. I recommend AAG Inc. for heating, plumbing, and necessary electrical work.

Description of Work: An appointment was scheduled for 8:30; they called at 8:50 and said that they could not make the appointment until 11:00. When asked why, they statec that they were doing a sheetrock project for a family member. Staff answering the phone were rude and unprofessional.
