He is efficient and effective. I had some problematic windows, but he did a great job of getting to them and cleaning them.

I emailed to request an appointment for cleaning all of my windows (quite a lot of them, with some clear story ones that require ladders, so a pretty big job) plus several ceiling fans. Richard, the owner, responded the same day and offered an appointment for a couple of weeks later. I figured that spring/summer is a busy season for them. So we scheduled for between 9:30 and 10am on 6/24/13. In that email exchange, I provided my cell phone number in case he needed it. On the morning of the appointment, I spent quite a bit of time getting the house ready, moving furniture that would hamper access to the windows, etc. Then I took my daughter to summer camp and rushed home to be here. Around 10:30, when no one had shown up or called, I called both Richard's cell phone and office phone (as listed on company website) and emailed him. By the time it was clear that no one was coming, I'd wasted my entire morning. I finally heard back in an email that afternoon, where he told me that he had me down for 9:00, that they'd been here at 9:15 and left when no one was here. Even though he had my cell phone number, he did not call me upon arrival (I would have told him I would be there in just a couple of minutes since we arrived home right after he says he left). And his email referenced "the mix-up" as though it had been my fault! But the email exchange clearly showed that HE had told me between 9:30 and 10am, so it was HIS mistake. He did not say one word about promptly getting me rescheduled, which is what I would have expected from any respectable business person. Very unprofessional. I guess he does not need the business, so I will take mine elsewhere.

IT WENT FANTASTIC, VERY PLEASED

The company is owned by a retired fire fighter and his employees are also either active or retired fire fighters. They do an excellent job. They are on time, quick and complete. The price is very reasonable.
