Description of Work: Our water softener was not working and Cody came out to the house and checked it out. He showed us how the old water softener had been hooked up incorrectly. My husband had tried to break up the bridge that had formed in the container but to no avail. We contacted Sears and purchased a new one. Cody picked it up for us from the Sears store in Ruidoso and installed it for us. He also removed the old one and took it for disposal. Cody was prompt, professional, respectful and clearly demonstrated his expertise in his field. We will definitely call on him in the future for any of our plumbing needs.
