Landrum Cleaning Service

Description of Work: They were very pricey for this area; I currently pay less to have my much larger home in Houston cleaned every week than they were charging us. Currently, I am paying a little more than HALF of what this company charged me per week to have the same house cleaned every week. Basically, it's one lady, who seems very promising upon the first meeting. She is very professional and she promises great things. But then, after they begin, she will have two girls cleaning for her and, as the girls can differ from week to week, they cannot remember details about how to put the bed back together, for instance. Because the lady does not clean the house, this service will never get your personal preferences right. And some things were very sloppily done; for instance the stainless appliances in my kitchen were always left with streaks and such. They just didn't care what anything really looked like - but they cleaned everything. They are not detail-oriented. One got the feeling that they were in a race to get out of there. They'd empty a wastebasket and then leave it in the middle of an entirely different room without putting it away in the room where it belongs. They don't put things away that clearly belong elsewhere. Once, I left my shoes out, and they didn't put them back in my closet! They actually vacuumed around my shoes. It was this sort of stuff that drove me nuts.
