+ -1 moreI've used them for 10 years on a regular basis. When a treatment is done it is guaranteed as long as you have the annual inspections done. They have been good to come when they have an appointment and they seem to be professional.
Description of Work: I had them do a termite treatment for my house.

Description of Work: Continental was contracted by a potential buyer of my rental house in Ruidoso to inspect for pests. The house had been unoccupied for 6 months & there were some carpenter ants outside the house & some evidence that small wildlife had been living in the crawlspace. Easily treatable- the problem is, the report they submitted strongly implied that there were termites in the house, even though no evidence of termites, or termites themselves, were found. The report also states that the garage frame is supported by timbers that contact the earth, which isn"t true - it"s built on a concrete slab which is well above grade. Since I don't live Ruidoso & couldn't get to the property was very concerned & I hired Orkin to inspect for termites and another local pest inspection company to look for termites and both companies said no evidence of termites were found on the property, But the buyer was so freaked out she would only go through with the sale if we, the seller, provided a 10 year warranty against termites. That's impossible to provide, as there is no such thing. The irony is that the buyer didn't want Continental to treat the house as a condition of sale - she just wanted a warranty. So you decide - this was my experience.
