About us

We are your authorized Baby Lock Retailer for Southeastern NM. We can teach you to sew, help you learn new techniques, and more. We sell Baby Lock Sergers, Sewing Machine, and Embroidery Machines. We sell fabric, needles, thread, notions, stabilizer, software, Dakota Collectibles and Anita Goodesign embroidery designs and more. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards; we have in-house financing available through Synchrony Bank and we have interest-free layaway available!

Services we offer

We service & repair most brands including, Baby Lock, Singer, Janome, Bernina, Viking, White, Kenmore, etc. If we can't fix it, we don't charge you, PERIOD. We offer in-warranty service & repair for all Baby Lock® products. We offer 0% Interest Financing (with Synchrony Bank, OAC) & Layaway. We offer free lifetime lessons on the use of your machine if you purchase it from us. If you bought it elsewhere, we can still teach you for a reasonable fee. We have classes, events, parties, & clubs.

Services we don't offer

We do not do alterations, tailoring, or embroidery for you; we sell the supplies and give you the knowledge so you can do it. ;) We also have the number for someone that can do it for you. :)

A great experience and I do business there weekly
Description of Work: A wonderful shop full of positive energy. The owners a young couple are trying very hard to be an asset to our coumminity and provide things we didn't have pryor to their shop. They are as willing to help repair or find accessories for older machines as sell a new machine. They have helped me with both, I am so pleased they chose Roswell for their shop.
