Set a date for work then called 2 days early to see if they could come do the roof then. Everything was done timely and when they removed the shingles every thing was cleaned up and yard was neat and tidy when they left. Workers were very nice and young man in charge was very nice to deal with.

They did a wonderful job. There was no slacking off with them. They came in at 7am and ended at 7pm. They were on time.

Iam very happy with the way the roof was installed, the way that they handled it and very happy at the time it took to install. I would recommend this company to anyone and am sorry it took me so long to have this done. Roswell Roofing aka Peacemakers Construction were top notch.

We had just bought a house, and had contracted Roswell Roofing to come repair and reshingle the roof. We hadn't moved in yet, but we came over to let the plumbers in we had hired to start work so that we could move in, and found the roofers at the house working on the roof a day early. The boss apologized about starting a day early, but we told them that was quite all right with us, the sooner the work is done, the sooner we could move in. They did run into a few issues, the pitch on our carport wasn't steep enough for regular shingles as we first thought is was, and we had more layers of shingles on one section of roof then the the rest of the roof. The boss went over all the details with us on the spot, and discussed the price change for what they had found that was not expected, which was only $260 more than the original price. He has all the info waiting for us when we arrived, even though we were not expected until the next day. We had a crew of 2 men. They had the roof and carport completely stripped by the middle of the first day, and had started putting on the new shingles. They were starting to pack up for the night when it started to rain (which we all know in Roswell is a rare occurrence.) They stayed and made sure all parts of the roof that could be damaged by the rain were shingled quickly and secured before they came down and called it a night. They had left their drink cooler behind. They did such a quick job and made sure we were taken care of in the rain, that we returned the favor by making sure they had enough to drink, and refilling the ice for them so their cooler was ready in the morning for them. They showed up bright and early at 6 am the following morning. They were around until about 7 pm, when they finished cleaning up and hauling everything away. The 3rd day, they came back to finish up sealing the edges around all the vents, they were done in about an hour. All in all they were fast, especially for a 2 man crew. They made sure we were taken care of, they were very polite, always saying good morning when we came out of the house, or asking if our day was going well. They cleaned up after themselves well, and left no messes behind. They even trimmed back some tree branches for us at no extra charge so they weren't hitting the roof. We will definitely call them again if we have any more roofing needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work.

It went very well. I was not happy with the results the first time but the owner was very quick to come out and make it right. He continued until I was satisfied and was more than fair on the price.

Smooth from beginning to end.

Our rental home was in need of a bathroom & kitchen remodel. We hired Mr. J. Thompson for this job. Upon first meeting we walked through the rental home & discussed what work needed to be done. Mr. Thompson is very polite, listened to my ideas & offered his own. A written estimate was submitted to me with details of labor, work & a list of items that I had requested to purchase on my own. Work started quickly, Mr. Thompson & his helper were very careful to protect the carpet. I was always notified of any problems, concerns & allowed to be part of the decision making process through all stages of remodel. Mr. Thompson is very professional, honest, dependable & worked very hard to remodel our rental home. I was able to purchase all the items, which gave me the chance to get what I wanted into the house instead of what someone else did. When the job was complete Mr. Thompson cleaned up everything, hauled away all junk. The job itself went smoothly & I am very pleased with how the remodel turned out. This was not an easy remodel, because plumbing problems had arisen, which of course can not be prevented in most cases. We are so pleased with the work Mr. J. Thompson did on our rental that we have contracted him to do a much larger job on another rental home we have. Above all I must say Mr. J. Thompson is thorough, honest, fair & the work done is well worth the price. We are definitely happy to have hired Roswell Roofing to do our remodeling projects.
