Complete lack of integrity! Provided an invoice with zero details, flat rate with no breakdown on costs, equipment, warranties, or labor; they tried to take advantage of the situation where property is managed by property manager with exorbitant amount for a simple job! No integrity whatsoever! Very dissatisfied and will never do business with this outfit again!

We have a home warranty on a recently purchased home. The a/c started blowing out warm air around the end of may or beginning of June. Nesselrodt was called out first and said the unit needed to be replaced. The warranty provider wanted a second opinion so mondos plumbing was called out on a Monday and said the compressor needed to be replaced. The technician did not show up until Friday around 2 p.m. He worked on the unit for approx 3 hours and then ran out of the supplies he needed to fix the problem and attempted to leave the job unfinished through the weekend. My husband and I said nope, you need to come back tomorrow morning (we have 4 children that are miserable in a house with no a/c, and rightfully so) the technician came and finished the job (or so we thought) the following morning. A week goes by and the air from the a/c is still coming out warm. We call our home warranty provider again and they send the same company and the same technician back out. He checks and says everything is fine and that the temp coming out of the vent was registering at 49 degrees ( even though the temperature on my thermostat said 80 the day before). He decides to crawl up in the attic and take a look around. He allegedly finds a dent in the duct leading to the livingroom vent. Without approval from the warranty company or myself or my husband he proceeds to attach 3 zip ties to the duct to hold it open. He tells me what he has done and leaves. I get a phone call from the secretary informing me that our warranty provider will not cover the work and tells me I owe them $190.00. 40 some odd dollars for parts (three zip ties) and the rest for labor (crawling into my attic, pointing his little laser thermometer at the vent, and measuring the size of my livingroom). Needless to say... we will NOT be paying that bill and will NOT be referring anyone to mondos plumbing. Ever. I would also like to add that my a/c is still not working. It is still 80 degrees in my house, as I am typing this!!!

Ivan was very friendly. Even though my appt. was at 3pm the nice lady at the office called me to tell me that the technician would be a little bit late and she sounded very sincere in her apology for the delay. OVerall they were very nice and their work was great. I would highly recommend these guys.

They did not show up or call on Monday. I called them at 7:00 P.M. to be told they were working late and would be there Tuesday. They did not show up.

Toilet was overflowing and not working properly. Called Mando's for the simplest of fixes, clean out my sanitary system. I have a older house without clean outs. System has to be clean through the vents in the roofs. Mando's plumbing did not want to put the machine on the roof, was told they could try use their auger directing in the toliet. Problem was not solve, toliet is still overflowing. Plus the toliet was badly scratch. It would have been nice to be told by workers that the toliet could be damage this way. The best part of this experience was I still get billed a service charge. I have no problem paying for services render, but no services were render. I payed the service charge, but will not use Mando's Plumbing again and recommend using another plumbing business in Roswell, NM.

Overall, the experience was very good. They were prompt, got the job done quickly, and their price was good.
