JET AUTO GLASS

I called Jet Auto first. They answered right away, the person was very friendly and professional. He told me it would be around $160 but that because it was already after lunch on Friday the window would not arrive until Monday morning. I told the gentleman I wanted to call around and see if anyone might have a window in-stock. He was very nice about it. I called three other companies, only one answered right away. He didn't know how much it would be and couldn't be bothered to check I would just have to come in on Monday. The second was busy, took my number and said he would call back with a quote. He never called back but ordered the window anyway. His receptionist called on Wednesday to let me know the window was in. The third one never answered and never returned my phone call. After having no luck with any other company I called Jet Auto back and told them to go ahead and order the window. We called Monday morning, they said bring the car at one, the window was installed and looking beautiful in less than 30 minutes. The price before tax was only $5 more than the price quoted over the phone. I really appreciate the fast, friendly, and professional service we received. I definitely recommend Jet Auto.
