 + -1 moreDo not use this company for any work> the only time they were ever on time was when it was time to get paid for something they had finally finished. They never lived up to their promises about showing up for an issue. Watch them like a hawk or they will eat you alive. Project took about twice as long as it should have, they just don't seem to care. I have to commend the electric and plumbing subs for doing timely and quality professional work, unlike the rest of the build> Do not use this company if you want quality work. You are forewarned!

 + -1 moreThese guys are the last people to call if you want something done right. Took them 3 times longer to do it than quoted, tried to cut corners, and we had to babysit them the whole time to make sure they were doing things right. Apparently, a couple of days was "bring your girlfriend to work" day. I could have hired a team of pre-schoolers and had a better job done. Wound up repairing most of what they forgot to do myself. Save yourself the hassle, money, and time and look for a professional team to do your repairing. These guys apparently need to go back to "fix it" school or find another job. They certainly don't know how to do this one!
Description of Work: "fixed" the sheetmetal overhang over the patio after it was ripped down by a fallen tree limb.

The procedure to get them hired went without a hitch. However, the rest of the project was a complete disaster. We had to babysit the contractor's crew in order to ensure they that they werent cutting corners (which we found them doing several times). Project took longer then promised by nearly double. The contractors were late nearly every day, and always left early. Now that the project is complete, we have discovered that the roof leaks like a siv. When we try to get ahold of them, they dont answer their phone. We leave messages, and we never get a returned call. I don't know how good they are with other projects, but as far as roofs are concerned, please, hire someone else. These guys are clearly the wrong crew to hire.
Description of Work: We had a tree fall on the roof over the patio, and hubbard came out to repair it. The roof needed to be rehung, sealed, and attatched to the house again. Some cosmetic damage was needed as well.

 + -1 moreContractor specilizes in up scale new home construction as well as smaller remodel jobs. As a result their "subs" (plumbing, electrical, tile, etc.) did excellent professional work. All workers were careful to protect the carpets and to control any dirt and debris that was generated. All refuse was cleaned up and removed on a daily basis.Builder coordinated work well and kept things moving so that the job was wrapped up in under two weeks.Quite pleased with the project outcome.I am having them give me a quote for the kitchen remodel.
Description of Work: Bathroom remodel and update involving modifications to existing plumbing and electrial. Old fixtures and cabinets removed and replaced with new updated units. All major items were purchased by homeowner with contractor providing incedental items. Fixtures for retained bath/shower unit were replaced as was the toilet. An additional 20 gallon water heater was installed in the bed room closet behind the wet wall to provide near instant hot water to the new vanity sink fixtures. The entrance to the bathroom was widned from 24" to 30" and a new linnen closet and vanity base were installed. A good deal of the wall board was also replaced to gain access to the plumbing, relocated electrical boxes, and to ancher a handicap bar next to the toilet.
