FERGIES PLUMBING & HEATING

There was a defect in a newly replaced faucet (replaced 3 months earlier by a handyman - NEVER use a handyman!) which caused the water to build up and overflow from the bathroom cabinet onto the floor, saturating all items stored there. Fortunately, I have a tile floor. I don't use that bathroom and the leak went unnoticed for at least a week. The plumbers from Fergies (one was in training) were quick to respond and assist me. I am a senior lady and they purchased a known brand faucet for me at a lower price than the handyman charged me for a defective faucet! Fergies installed it and repaired the damage to the joint. The plumber explained everything to me as he went through the process and showed me where the defect in the faucet was and explained what the charges on the invoice represented. This is a really fine company with excellent service and fair pricing. The total time spent at my house was approximately 1.5 hours and the cost of the faucet was $80.00 (included in the price above). Five years earlier, Fergies replaced my commode in the master bath and I have not had a single problem since. I will always use Fergies from now on. Lesson learned!

Service man was very efficient and kind. I would highly recommend them as they seem to be honest and caring about their profession.

Suggested work that was not necessary: move water spigot to front of house instead of side, which in a rock house, would have been very expensive and completely unnecessary. I ended up going down to the water department to have them cut the water on and then repaired leaks.

Has trouble completely cooling house cwhen above 90 or heating completely when really cold

Fine! Real good. I would recommend him to anyone. The only thing about this company is they are not available on weekend if you have an emergency.

I had to dig out the waterbed and reset it to even turn on the sprinklers. And they were a week later than promised.

He was on time and knew exactly what was needed to make the repair. Which he do so in a timely manner. Very impressed with his work. He cleaned up after the job and was very reasonable in price. Would recommend hime to anyone looking for a REALLY GOOD PLUMBER.

Suggested a different way to arrange the laundry room to make it more efficient. We took them up on it.

They came the next day after I called. They were on time. Successfully fixed my problem. Cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them if you need an excellent, affordable plumber.

Fergie's came out as scheduled and did the job and was finished in half an hour. I was very satisfied with the service and the worker.

After the work was completed, I was given a walk through and complete explanation of what was completed and what other work would probably be necessary in the future. I found Fergies to be extremely honest and I they did't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing or heating and cooling needs.

Technician was on time, studied the problem, fixed it, explained to me what he had done and no charge was made as furnace is still under warranty.

They are efficient, honest, and very nice. Show up time and clean up after themselves.
