Eric'S Carpet & Vinyl Service

I called Eric and asked if he would do a used carpet installation. He was having a hard time communicating with me because of a language barrier. He said he would call me back within the hour -which they did- but it was a woman who called me back. I was able to communicate what I wanted done and we set up an appointment for Eric to come out the next day. The time she quoted me for him to arrive was between 11:00am-12:00pm, Eric showed up at 11:15am. Eric and one other gentleman came in and did an amazing job in my living room. I then asked them if they could stretch the carpet we had already installed ourselves. They did a great job in both rooms that they worked on. I am so pleased that I found them! Out of everyone I called and got quotes from, Eric was the cheapest. He did a professional job for a price that didn't empty my wallet. I plan on using Eric again in a few weeks to install carpet and padding in another bedroom. They were both really quiet but not in an awkward way. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home. *Before calling Eric, I had already installed the tack strips and padding in the living room.*
