Manager promised quick response and requested pre-payment. No one came out as scheduled. When we inquired, they had forgotten about the job and had not ordered the material. The work was finally completed after much prompting and broken promises.
Description of Work: Replace cracked panes in double paned windows.

This company is over-priced. They agreed to come out to give a bid on the shower enclosure but couldn't really give ideas or options for the job. Since I am not a glass expert, I thought they would be more helpful. Their estimated price was nearly double of what a company from 70 miles away bid. I've used them for residential window repair in the past and they charged $400 for one window. It was an emergency situation and we did not know there were other options available at the time.
