Description of Work: These guys are really great! They always answer any questions I have and when I take my Dell or Apple laptops in for service, they do NOT charge me if no repair is needed, if a repair is very slight, or if what they have been able to do is less then ideal (as when I had iCloud installed on my 2003 Apple laptop). When there is a charge for work, their rates are entirely reasonable. They are as responsive over the phone (when I've called with inane-user questions) as they are face-to-face (when I've dropped by with laptop in hand to ask an inane-user question). I am more than happy to recommend Alva Computers to my friends and neighbors and have no problem recommending them to you!
