+ -1 moreAllen Roofing is by far the best roofing contractor in New Mexico. Although they strictly do large commercial work, they were able to make an exception for me and put on an incredible roof. Their employees are discrete and respectful and the owners are very knowledgeable. If you can get Allen Roofing to work for you, DO IT!

+ -1 moreI had a somewhat difficult time contacting this roofing company at first, but I had heard they were very good, so I didn't give up. When the foreman came to my home to look at my roof and give me an estimate, I found him to be very affable and knowledgeable. His crew performed an excellent job on my roof, and I am very pleased to highly recommend Allen Roofing.

Description of Work: In early June 2015 I contacted Allen Roofing because they were listed on Angie's List with a high rating. The women I talked with told me that it would be "about 6 weeks" before someone could give me an estimate on my leaky roof. I waited until eight weeks later to call again and asked when they could come out. She told me that I was still on the list, and they would be at my house as soon as they could get here. Another 8 weeks passed, and I called again. This time a man answered the phone (the owner) and said that they would get to me as soon as they could. Six weeks after that, I called again. This time the woman answered, and I asked again when I could expect someone at my house to give an estimate on my roof. She said that my name was not on the list. Then I told her that I talked with her twice and had also talked with a man, who I presumed was the owner, and she said, "You talked with a man?" I told her yes, and she said that he was the owner. She also said that once he had the information (due to my phone call), my estimate request was no longer on the list because he would be out giving me that estimate. I asked her to please put me back on the list, because he has not contacted me to give me an estimate. It is now the end of February 2016, and no one from Allen Roofing has contact me. Needless to say, I am not happy with this company.

In 2012, Allen Roofing put on new roofs for our home, one rental unit, and another rental plus the 3-car garage. In 2013, Allen put on the roof for our addition to our home. EXCELLENT WORK. Showed up on time when they said they would. Highly recommend Allen Roofing.
Description of Work: In 2013 and 2013, Allen Roofing did 5 roofs for us, all new.

Description of Work: The owner has since retired but it is still a family run business. The family is upfront. When I had my residence, before I downsized to my current address, they did excellent work and were very professional. I have not heard of anything other than good names for them. Their work is primarily large contracts;they did a favor in helping me. Thank you.
