Your Way Handyman

The experience was pitiful from the onset. We scheduled a date/time for Greg to come out and provide an estimate. I didn't receive a call to confirm the appointment so I called myself. There was no answer, so I left a message. I received a return call one hour after my appointment had passed; he apologized profusely stating he'd written down the wrong date. He rescheduled to come out that evening and did end up making it to that appointment. He quoted $700 for the purchase of the door and installation of the dog door (which was pretty steep but then again, I was pretty desperate). I agreed to the quote and to Greg's promise he'd call within two days to provide more information. Of course, I never heard from him again; however, it turned out not to be such a bad thing. I ended up purchasing a new entry door with dog door installation for $450.

Greg came out to give me an estimate for work on a fence. We scheduled an appointment but he emailed and at the appointment date/time to say that he couldn't make it. I responded saying that I understood and offered another day I would be available. I never heard back.
