Westside Glass Inc

Westside Glass has been repairing and replacing some of my windows and sliding door and I am extremely impressed and glad that I chose them! Communication is prompt, scheduling is fast, and pricing is affordable. David Fava did the work at my home and he was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and did high quality work! I have put them on speed dial! Highly recommend this company!

Extremely well. I was driving home and a rock struck my windshield leaving a pit and about an inch long crack. I drive straight to Westside Glass in Rio Rancho. Even though it was almost closing time, they took my vehicle right back and fixed the chip/crack. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. You have to hunt hard to find where the rock struck my windshield. This is the fourth time I have taken cracked windshields to Westside Glass. They'll always get my business.

The repair is fine,but the "scar" is still very noticeable. They didn't tell me that my insurance would have covered the repair, even though I asked. I found out later from my insurance carrier that they would have covered the cost!

Fine, except after the initial measurement they forgot to call me with bid. Second time went as expected. No big deal, the original glass was intact, just had lost it's seal.

It was excellent because they were quick. When the window came in, they came out the next day. It was a great big window and it took them 20 minutes to put it in. When we went in to order the window, they were super nice. They are easy to work with and prompt. We would use them again.

Our insurance paid for most of it. We had to pay the deductible. They came to our house to replace the windshield. They had it fixed within an hour. They made sure that it had all of the extras on it that my last windshield had. They have also replaced the windows in our classic cars. They were very quick and they will be fixing another window for me.

It was good. One person came out. The house windows took a couple of hours. The car took an hour or so. I would tell a friend or family member to go to them. The house windows cost $700.00. The car windows cost about $150.00.

It went better than we expected after the terrible experience of a break in.

I had called to price around and set up an appointment with Westside Glass Inc to get a measurement. They came over but said that they did not bring a ladder even though I told them beforehand that the window is on the second floor. They told me they would come back but never did. After waiting a week for the return, I called Bill at Westside Glass and he said he would find out and call me back in 10 min but then never did call back. I called the next day and he said it was on the second level and they could not do it with a ladder. They have to borrow a scaffold and he would call back when he made the arrangement for a scaffold. Waited another couple days and called him back again. His price went up 100 dollars and he said he would talk to someone and get back to me. I finally gave up on him and went somewhere else. I have heard good things about this place but I guess they only deal with easy jobs. Very unprofessional!

I really liked them; they were so courteous, respectful, and quick. It was a great experience.
