Leonel Urbina, the owner of We Care Roofing, is the most articulate, communicative, and knowledgeable roofer I have worked with in New Mexico. His integrity, dedication to doing the job right, and commitment to his clients is very impressive. I am a Realtor, and saw some high quality TPO roofs that had been installed by this company, so got his name and called him to consult on the rambling adobe that my husband and I have lived in for 20 years. When we first bought the house, we had it re-roofed, but the company that did it, did a terrible job, and subsequently went out of business. We have been patching, repairing and shoring up the roof ever since. Part of our roof had been replaced a few years ago, due to a wind storm. We decided to replace the rest of the roof in sections, as it lends itself to that, and to start with the most problematic section first. I consulted with 4 different roofing companies to get quotes on replacing this section and to discuss the general approach to the entire roof. We Care Roofing's estimate was not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. What really stood out was the Leonel, the owner spent a lot of time explaining the TPO roofing process, materials, and track record, as well as evaluating the roof, and discussing a step by step process. His commitment to quality and attention to detail led us to give him the contract and we were very pleased with the results. His crew came out on time, and did the section within two days. Two days later we had a big snowstorm and a couple of small drips came down around a gas line that hadn't totally been sealed. Leonel had a crew out to fix these within hours of our phone call and we have not had any other trouble since then. I have also referred him to one of my clients, and he replaced their flat roof with TPO. They have also been very happy with We Care Roofing.
