Contracted with Wallen due to their reputation. The designer didn't know what he was doing and the finished product was not what we thought it would be... the shower was supposed to be wheelchair accessible... nope. The paint is peeling (the home is 5 months old). The lot is flooding. We found out that Wallen had changed ownership three months after we contracted on the house. I think the new owner is not really concerned with quality.
Description of Work: Custom built home with walls and partial landscaping.

WE RECEIVED A QUALITY HOME AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND DID THINGS THAT WE WANTED DONE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY BUILT OUR NEW HOME. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE SUB-CONTRACTORS AND DID PARTIAL LANDSCAPING.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY. THE WORKERS WERE DEDICATED AND RESPECTFUL. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO STOP AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAD.

THE CLOSET LOOKS GREAT BUT CAME WITH A HIGH PRICE TAG. I GUESS HIGH QUALITY DOES COST A LOT, THOUGH. THEY TOOK AWHILE TO GET BACK TO ME AFTER I CALLED, BUT THEY ARE A BUSY COMPANY AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE DELAY.
