With one day left before the contractual deadline due to the other company's lack of professionalism/concern, Dewayne listened to my situation and in less than 24 hours conducted the necessary inspections and had the report to me in less than an hour. He truly listens to the needs of his customers.

Moreover, provider continued to follow up multiple times to ensure that there was no further issues with the work done. I was very satisfied with the results and more so, the professionalism involved in the provider quickly resolving the problems associated with paint peeling on my pool deck. I would recommend the provider to anyone needing to upgrade/maintenance of their pool.

Description of Work: The individual acid washed my pool. The results were very good. Additionally, the individual opened my pool for summer use. He was very responsive on returning to help me work through some issues with my pump to ensure a successful start-up. Moreover, I am now using him to conduct byweekly maintenance.
