+ -1 moreSam opened up the front panel, ran a test to determine what the code was for the problem, and knew immediately how to fix it. He very carefully took our and cleaned the flame sensor, put it back in, and it has worked fine since then.
Description of Work: Our furnace was not working. It would start to light up, the fan would go for a couple of seconds, then quit.
