Description of Work: They never did return after the initial visit and the hot tub is still not working. This was the second vendor who failed to finish and I've not done anything since.

+ -1 moreThey are a good company. In the past, they did fine. It does not cost a lot to close up the pool. They are diligent and they come on time and get the job done. The people that work for them are good people. If they have a problem, they can talk to each other and work things out. They do not tolerate certain behaviors. It is nice to know that. It is a little more costly. For our little pool, they are fine as far as I am concerned.
Description of Work: Spa Tech Specialist have been taking care of the pool since before we moved in. We use them for closing and opening up the pool.
